IT service support

Responsibilities:

Attend to Service Desk phone calls and emails to provide first level Software Support Software Training will be given.

Requirements:

1.Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
2.Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Batok.
3.No work experience required.
4.Full-Time position(s) available.
5.Able to work in a team and also able to handle jobs independently
6.Singaporeans only
7.Team player
8.Preferably with good communication and PR skills
9.Able to work independently with minimum supervision
