In Vanda Manager, head to User Management -> Add New User
Fill in the user’s information and select the user type.
User Type
- Branch Administrator type: Does not have any restriction in VandaClinic (excluding User role restrictions)
- Doctor Type: Doctor user will require additional information such as MCR, Doctor code. Doctor’s Queue page will reflect only those patient assigned to them. Doctor type users will also be reflected in appointments.
- Nurse Type: Nurse users can be selected in operation records. Nurse users will also require a verification before editing Medical Records
Next, administrative settings for users.
For doctor type users, the off duty checkbox will prevent doctors from being assigned when adding patient to queue.
Next, Select the branch accessible by the users along with the default branch.
Finally, Set the roles to be assigned to the patient
