Magicsoft have taken part in a STEPSS tender process in Singapore. This post aims to provide our experience during the proposal along with our understanding and what we had prepared.
What is TEPSS?
TEPSS refers to a Tuberculosis Elimination Programme Surveillance System. The objective of the system is to manage and monitor Tuberculosis (TB) cases to ensure completion of treatment, with the end goal of reducing transmission of the disease.
Tender Specifications
The objective of the tender that Magicsoft took part in, was to help the client upgrade to a modern system with the capability to enhance existing feature, addition of new features and integrate with external software.
Some of the require features include the following:
- A local & Foreign patient registry module
- Healthcare Staff’s screening module
- Patient contact management (For screening, follow ups and treatments)
- Contact Record management ( For keeping track of contact progression such as initiation & tracing)
- Laboratory integration and records management
- Record Management for visit defaulters and patient whom have left the country
- Data Extraction for Analysis and Regular Reporting
