- Go to ‘Search‘
- Find patient and go to the far right, select the ‘Edit’ icon (second icon)
- click onto ‘facts’ tab below the patient’s name
- under ‘log‘ is a list of health measurements done for this patient, select the magnifying glass icon to view details
