- Click ‘ Setting ‘
- Under Queue , select ‘ Queue Status ‘
- Click ‘ Create ‘
- Enter queue status code, description, and culor, and save .
- New Queue status will be shown
Note that there is already a standardised queue flow which flows from:
– Pending (added to queue)
– Pending (added to queue)
– Consult in (Call in)
– Consult out ( Time Out)
– To Pay (Bill)
– Paid (completed payment)
