Unlock an account

If a user has not logged in for more than 90 days, their account will be locked. The clinic admin can do the fullowing in Vanda Manager to unlock the users’ account.

  • In Vanda Manager, Click User Management
  • On the user, under Actions, click on the 3 dots icon

  • Click Unlock
  • A warning message will pop up, click Ok
  • User will be able to log into Vanda Clinic
