If a user has not logged in for more than 90 days, their account will be locked. The clinic admin can do the fullowing in Vanda Manager to unlock the users’ account.
- In Vanda Manager, Click User Management
- On the user, under Actions, click on the 3 dots icon
- Click Unlock
- A warning message will pop up, click Ok
- User will be able to log into Vanda Clinic
