Magicsoft have taken part in a tender for a local polytechnic’s Optometry Centre in Singapore. This post aims to provide our experience during the proposal along with our understanding and what we had prepared.
Polytechnic Optometry Centre
A local Polytechnic was looking to optimise their clinical training for students pursuing their Diploma in Optometry. The goal was to provide students with the benefits digitised system and familiarity of a Clinic Management System.
Tender Specifications
The objective of the tender that Magicsoft took part in, was to provide the client with a digital Clinical Management System with the ability to enhance, add new features and integrate with existing or external systems.
Some of the require features include the following:
- Clinical Management System with the ability to:
- Register and record patient’s detail along with medical record.
- Appointment
- Queue Management
- Financial Transaction tracking including billing, invoicing & payment
- Inventory Transactions
- Referral
- Data Extraction for Analysis and Regular Reporting
- Eye Examination, Assessments and Follow ups
- Spectacle/Contact Lens Prescriptions
- Integration with the polytechnic’s optometric equipment
- Hosted on Cloud
